The service advisor was terrific. However, I have had to bring my truck back into the dealership for follow-up issues.
Took my car before my appointment time and had it back in 30 minutes. Fast service.
I appreciate my interactions with all the workers at Ford. There is nothing wrong with their customer service. The only thing is the prices. All of the services are astronomically expensive and make it impossible to get everything taken care of unless you are part of the elite and wealthy class.
