We called to switch to Frontier on 08/04/17. Our customer service rep, Sheila, was one of the nicest and most attentive reps out of any customer hotline I have called. She was super efficient in signing us up, and she answered quickly to all our questions. She was also super knowledgeable in explaining the differences between the plans to us and helping us figure out which one fit best.
