I spoke to Sheila Thompson (?), And she was excellent. Sheila was very helpful and knowledgeable, without being pushy whatsoever. She actually took the time to find me the best rate possible and explained it thoroughly. Overall, I am very content with the customer service provided by her. I called many electricity companies and was completely put off just by their service, Sheila stands out to me for her kindness and patience.
