Melanie was great help in getting us set up as a new customer, having just moved to Texas.
The Cust Svc Rep, named Melanie, was very direct and helpful and honest, which provided for an easy decision to switch service providers. Noting that I honestly paid 130 bucks in 7 days to a prepaid company, and was without lights for just 2 hours, thanks to Melanie and frontier energy! I look forward to your services!

Really Really upset re. not receiving an extension of my contract after numerous attempts also, in my opinion, after consistently being a good customer, I was ignored and put on a month to month status. Anyway, I wasn't happy with new contract but Issac explained that Frontier no longer offered my last year contract and that he was giving me the one that replaced mine.
