There was a bit of confusion between me and the first representative I spoke to, but the second representative was very educated on the products offered and helped me find a plan that suited me. I am a new customer, but I am satisfied so far with the service I have received.
The process to switch companies was smooth and painless.
The rep, Franky was very professional and was very patient. You should have more like him representing your company. He kept me totally informed through the whole process and was extremely helpful when I had questions.

Flor was very patient and answered all of my questions. That in and of itself was no small task. I finally understand where my kwh price comes from thanks to her. It was so refreshing to not be dealing with a company who offered sudden discount rates one day only to take them away the next, as I experienced with Reliant. Funny that their own website warns against falling for tactics like these, yet that is exactly what I experienced from them. Working with Chris was an example of excellent customer care. In the midst and are relocation it was wonderful to be able to get clear concise information about the plans and charges we could expect when relocating to our new home.
