Im very pleased with frontier, I had to move a tear ago due to a fire. I selected frontier and picked the plan that I thought would work best for me. My one year renewal came and frontier guided me to 2 different plans which cut my bill by 40%. I couldn't ask for more, Thanks Frontier !

Update to yesterday’s review: management was thorough in the investigation of the matter and the prayer for positive resolution did not return void. The issue was corrected in a timely and professional manner. I do hope that the person responsible learns a valuable lesson in attention to detail. we’re all human and make mistakes... but in situations where our mishaps affect numerous others, it’s important to be as attentive as possible. I switched to Frontier several months ago and we have been very happy with the service. No issues whatsoever. We use on average, 2000 kwh so after comparing rates, Frontier was the most affordable for customers with that level of usage.
