By far the most inexpensive electricity! My bill was reduced by over half. No hidden fees. We have crazy Texas weather, love having my A.C/heater with out worrying about the usage. Customer for about 8 months and counting..

I received in the mail a reminder that my contract would be ending and they offered variable rate/month to month option. I had been researching other companies on the "PowertoChoose.org" website prior to receiving this letter and determined that they had the best rates overall. Requested service in July 2015 and on the day the service was suppose to start my husband and I ended up not moving into the home. I called on that day and cancelled my service and was told that I may be charged for that days service but would not be charged an early termination fee since I called and cancelled the day the service was suppose to be turned on. I recently moved back to TX and again experienced the challenge of choosing an electric utilities service. I found Frontier online and after some careful cost comparisons, chose them for my service. It is not only the most economical for me, their website is simple and it's easy to see my bill, make payments and find general info. I will recommend Frontier to friends and co-workers without hesitation.
It was very easy to change over to frontier. I had no problems with them or their customer service.
