This app was not developed by frontier. Its obvious that someone else created this app as a html5 to redirect to frontier main website. This so called app Is very amatuerist and very easy to create.
App is easy to navigate and pay the bill💯 Also love the weekly kilowatt break down it sends out to my email and inside the app if you choose to access it there!
It would be good if I could save my card on it instead of typing it out everytime, without having to set up Autopay. Other then that the app is ok.
It's been working great , it was very fast prior , but yah know as soon as I need to pay my bill nothing is loading an there's no way for me to pay it , I'm trying to be on top of things so this is pretty frustrating If it would load, this would be wonderful, I'd say t stars or at least 4 if I could get it to load:(
cant complain but to give a good review this guys right away set up my enery and i didnt had to speak to no one but just do it online and when i came home i had light energy thank you very much you guys !

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! Frank was extremely awesome. At first I didn't think I could be approved and I wasn't. But he tried again even after I had given up. He didn't. Thank you Frank sooo much. I really do appreciate you going the extra mile. He could've easily hung up when I said goodbye but he was determined to help me really find service and HE DID!! Thanks again!
