Sergio was very helpful in signing me up with Frontier Utilities. Took a little longer to enroll by phone but they had one of the lower priced plans on Power To Choose that doesn't require usage credits or a smart thermostat. They also don't seem to change their plans/pricing at the drop of a hat like my previous provider did. So far so good.
Last year I sign up for the first time on my own I was a nanny for years and I have great service. Also what was crazy was lots of. Bad reviews I had good luck with your company. Plus showing me on line how to read my bill and I just renewed for next year thank you
Patricia was great customer service I would recommend her to anybody in fact I had recommended her to my neighbor which she’s going to call tomorrow at 4 o’clock. She was super helpful and she’s speak Spanish. And so does my neighbors she deserves a raise great customer service. Thank you, Charles Sirkel.
I just had a good sign up experience with this company. I called and was promptly directed to the customer service agent who walked me through the sign-up process in a simple and efficient manner. Like many other companies, they will try to sell you additional services or sign you up for free rewards plans, but I was positively pleased that the agent didn't pressure me too much once I said I was not interested. Overall a good first impression with Frontier Utilities.
I was with Frontier from May of 2023 until May 2024. The renewal rates they sent me were not competitive with the market. I looked at the Texas ran Power to Choose website and see they do offer a good rate on that site. I chatted online with rep to see if I could get that offer. Chat agent says I have to call in. So called in. After giving all my credentials, the phone rep says he has to transfer me to another dept. Get transferred and have to establish creds again.
