⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐compassionate and caring office!! I unexpectedly had to put my cat to sleep do to rapidly declining health. Dr. Jones was able to fit me in same day. everyone was so gentle and compassionate, giving us as much time as we needed to say goodbye. I greatly appreciated how gentle the whole process was and that they were able to give us peace as we helped him cross the rainbow bridge.
We had an amazing first appointment. Our new puppy needed booster shots and a wellness visit. We were greeted promptly, sat in the waiting room for a little bit and were brought back to our room. The atmosphere was welcoming and calm, everything was clean which is a huge plus. Our technician was friendly and helpful. The Vet was amazing, sat on the floor with my husband and puppy, loved on our little bundle of fur and answered questions and went over the exam as she did it. Frontier Village Veterinary Clinic has the most amazing staff that are professional and provide excellent customer service. I always know my fur babies are in the best care at Frontier Village.
After an exceedingly expensive stay at a vet hospital, our kittie was accepted into Frontier’s busy schedule only days later for her first follow up appointment. She was already a patient there, starting last year, but, still, we could not assume that Frontier would have any time for that follow up appointment at such short notice, and we were even less certain that they could take her on a Saturday, but they graciously did.

Urgent appointment for my senior dog was taken care of efficiently and the staff was so kind. It was also our first visit.
Dr Clark was very patient with our stressed out cat. She called the next day with the test results and she was very thorough and informative. We didn’t feel pressured to do a lot of extras and her advice for future treatment is clear. We will definitely take our cat back in the future!
