I called about 30 minutes before closing and talked to a very nice man. I was worried that my dogs spay incision was infected. They asked me questions and we decided it was not an emergency. I was appreciative of this because it saved me the money and time of a pet ER visit. They got us in the next day. Vet assistant was so friendly & relatable. The vet herself has a very gentle manner and is knowledgeable with facts not opinions. Such a good vibe here.
The vets, technicians & office staff were the most caring & kind people I have ever come across. I took my puppy that had terrible experiences at our last vet and she was all wiggles when we left here. The next day I took my disabled Corgi and they came right out to help me and took time to just care and help me come to grips with when it may be time to let him go. My dog was really sick and our typical vet was not available to help her, although they recommended Frontier. Lake Stevens isn’t a convenient location as it’s quite a jaunt to get to from our house. It didn’t matter though. My baby dog needed help. Frontier vet got us in right away. The techs and doctor were all so amazingly kind and supportive and knowledgeable and loving. Excellent! Dr. Brendan Frost is truly the vetinarian you hope you will find for kindness, knowledge, and wisdom about animal care. My visits are educational and thorough. Dr. Frost patiently answers my questions while being attentive to my dog. All of the technicians and support staff are excellent as well.
