It was awesome my family and I love it there!!
It has the potential to offer an AMAZING experience! The place itself looks amazing, and has super fun attractions! HOWEVER, they are completely understaffed, like most of these types of places, and it causes issues. Kids too big to be in certain areas, in there because no one is around to control those areas. The staff is at each play area checking kids bands to see if the play time expired but there’s no one staffed at the door to make sure kids aren’t being taken.... they need to create a system that also on that band (they check every second) is a number that matches everyone in the group you came with! Granted parents should be keeping an eye on there own kids but it takes one sec for a kid to wonder off just trying to enjoy themselves. Like how Chuck E. there's probably nothing u can do about it an I don't have a problem with it either, but when kids are playing an families are there for parties who wants to smell the guy who has been in his car smoking weed, it happened 3 times an it was horrible for kids to smell that off of an adult ,
Crazy to spend $25 for one kid to have two hours of fun. Won’t be here that often. Sad since it’s a local place for kids to do things
I brought my three kids there this past weekend. Not only was it insanely expensive, but not once, not twice, but three times someone came over to me and my baby in the toddler area asking if I had a wrist band to be in there which I did and showed them each time. One girl even said, “my manager walked by and didn’t see your wrist band.” Then he came by as I was recording my son who just learned how to walk, walking all over and asked to see my wrist band.
