the prices the staff is rude not many options oh and in 82 degree weather they expect you to have sneakers on to ride go carts ppl it's hot out we wear flip flops and slides needless to say I got the most expensive package and couldn't utilize it ... I will not be returning everrrrr
Had a concern about my visit yesterday so I messaged them and never got a response. very disappointed not to hear anything back. my concern was about the go karts and how they were run. I would recommend there be verbal instructions by the staff before letting the cars run and padding around the head rest.
I don’t think they should charge for parents if you have to pay for your kids. Yes it was fun for my four year old and he had a blast. But $56 dollars for 2.5 hours is a bit much.
Not good for the price. Kids couldn’t do Rock wall because they didn’t haven’t the proper harnesses, few of the other trampoline areas didn’t have staff watching and my daughter got pushed around a lot until I pulled her away. There was no hot food, the claw machine has prizes that are too heavy to win, out of 20 arcade games 5 were broke, $15 for go carts and the boost buttons don’t even work.
