Sales or teeth cleaning? My wife and I both came in as new patients this week after not having gone to the dentist for a few years. Neither of us have ever had any cavities, nor do we now. Interestingly and coincidentally, we were both told we had the exact same condition in the exact same location and needed the exact same extensive treatment plan (as well as both of us being told we grind our teeth among other things). A longer than usual wait for my 8:30 Am appointment was the only negative.
The hygenist was very caring and helpful. Everything was handles in a very professional way and supportive manner.
Dental clening Maria was gentile informative and very professional. She represent the practice well. Thank you.
Professional and Friendly Very friendly. Made me very comfortable. Only negative: the last two times my bill was incorrect. One did not take discount and the last bill was charged for services not received and again did not take off discount.
Arrived on time to the apt, had to wait 45 minutes to be called back. Visit was good. Tried to make next 6 month apt but the latest apt now is 2:30pm. So will need to find another dentist b/c don't really want to pull my daughter out of high school for cleaning. Before they had better afternoon appts like around 4pm.
Both Susie and Dr. McCormick gave me excellent,reassuring information about an incident that troubled me. All--very gentle. Thank you!
