What a waste of time These people are.. please don’t ever even try.. wasted 7 hours on the side of the road waiting for them when they kept telling me the mobile repair guy was 15-20 min away.. called them at 1pm ET and no one showed up till 8pm ET.. just needed an air tank plug as per pic..they charged my credit card in the first 15min and later on said that their system had some issue and the payment didn’t go through (only when I asked after 4 hours of wait) ..invoiced me for 640$ some dollars . This company is overcharging customers and should be shut down.$300 deposit for labor for a simple job plus service charge $193 before they even come out. And if you try and cancel they charge $540 so you cant get your money back this is fraud an should not be allowed.
This company quoted me $906.45 for a tire replacement which I approved as it was in the middle of the night so I know service rates are inflated but then took a lot longer to show up and after repairs were complete they charged an additional $462.65 to my credit card for apparently additional miles. There was no call no communication no invoice no email nothing. I just find it charged on my credit card this morning. This company has the worst customer service and mechanics who have no idea what they’re doing. Their mechanics are all contracted and they don’t guarantee you will get a diagnosis even though you’re required to pay a $350 deposit. They won’t tell you the deposit does t include an hourly rate until after the mechanic is done looking at your truck. Guys don't use their Fyx Feet roadside assistance . Its just a warning. They will surely empty your pockets . Its a total scam and a proper rip off. Last week I order a roadside service and they only changed 2 fuel filter on my trucks. Top of that they will ask you to provide your **** in advance and without even sending you an invoice they would charge whatever they want. If any of the charges were not valid we would have issued you a refund. We have to collect credit card information from any customers that do not have an account with FYX due to past experiences of not receiving payment. Was referred to FYX Fleet by **** *** Roadside service for a tow of my Travel Trailer. The first thing FYX wanted was for me to text them a dollar with my credit card. I did and they said that they would call around and find a repair service and someone would come out to fix my travel trailer in place, no taking it to a repair shop. I could call around for service myself! They would call me right back, which they did not. Apparently FYX is just a referral service? I had wheel bearings go out. When I called them, I thought they provided the service. The people that were sent were not qualified to do the work. The driver smelled alcohol and saw beer on the front seat of their vehicle. These were sent to do a job who did not have the experience or equipment to do the job. I paid a $500 deposit and $300 was charged to my credit card. I could never recommend them to anyone. I do suggest if you want to save time and money stay away from them.

I don't even think they should have 1 star, left a driver on the side of the road for 7 hours on 95 north. He was 40 minutes from a metro area, no way it should of took 7 hours to repair 2 tires. Call to talk to a supervisor and said they are eating lunch. Do not call best bet is to find your own road service by calling around also a lot cheaper
