Description of Complaint:We went out for an after hours road call for FYX Fleet on May 8,2022 at 9PM they asked what are service fee's where and we told them our basic fee just to come out was minimum $ ****** they agreed. They wanted us to put minimum 25 gallons of fuel in each reefer unit and there where 2 of them. They did not tell us at the time they asked for pricing that it was out of our 15 mile service radius. We called back to inform them it would be charged out by the mile @ $2.40 per mile we where told to proceed.... read more

Stay away from these peopleThey claim they take deposit to dispatch a mechanic to a site(which is fine) and never see that deposit again!!!!Deposit was $560 , after 4 hours wait,mechanic showed up , spend 15 min to diagnose problem, did not fix it.After he left I was charged additional $190 did not authorized the transaction.tried to contact them multiple ways, was not successful..bottom line stay away from them

I was charged twice by fyx fleet and the subcontractor they used. Tried resolving the problem and was told that's not their problem and I should take that up with subcontractor.

Call about changing the filter and getting a battery jump. The tech did the filter okay , then tried jumping the block and not the battery when my driver went to the bathroom. Told him he couldn't get it started and we needed battery. ( Battery 6 months old) we didn't need battery, then he said we needed fuel ( we didn't) then he did all this extra stuff to waste time.. On 11/17/21 at approximately 6:30 am central time I called them for help. Our semi trailer tires overheated and caught fire on the Interstate 50 miles west of Wells NV. After we put out the fire we call to have someone come out and evaluate the situation. I told them we would need 8 tires and a diagnosis of what caused the fire before we put tires on it. The company I work for contacted Fyx Fleet to get a quote for a mobile tire repair. The dispatcher took all the relevant information, then quoted a price. All of our approvals require management authorization, so I told the dispatcher to hold off until I got approval and that I would let him know. After contacting some other companies, I chose to use another company that was cheaper. I called this business last night multiple times to get a tow for my truck. The first time, a women answered and took my information down and I never received a call back. I called the company back and got a male to give my information again. I ended up never receiving my tow and staying on the side of the highway all night. No call, no nothing from this company.

Horrible company! After 6 hours of waiting I tried to cancel my roadside assistance with this company - when I called to cancel the company kept me on hold for over 1 hour trying to tell me I still owed a fee. They would not cancel my service but just kept me on hold. Ive never experience anything like this! Do NOT contact this company for any roadside help! They are HORRIBLE
