Carbon fiber spoiler and a couple of decals are gone Computer screen protector gone and some Lug nut covers are gone. The trunk arm is crooked and the gaps are huge. On the 3rd they sent a link for me to sign to authorize them to do the job, which I signed. 7 days later I called to find out when I was supposed to take the car in so they can repair it. Poor paint application and they attempted to claim that was the way the original paint appeared on the vehicle. My husband had to show them that was not the case by pointing out the condition of the opposite bumper (which was undamaged).
