2 Star : Likely to Recommend 2.5 Star : Repair Quality Poor customer service, took extremely long time on finished repair. Way over budget, question is all added repairs were in fact necessary or wait on materials also accurate being that they provide no communication with client. 2 Star : Customer Service None exitance, person that answer the phone extremely rude, told me if I did not like it I could go to another shop. This over reasonable request to provide update on change order.
0 Star : My Experience This was the first time I have not been contacted during the process. My contact was good, but did not contact me until I called to check status. Other than that, pleased with work.

They lost my car key, which caused major delays since a new one had to be ordered and calibrated, and this all happened right around my wedding week, making it extra stressful. On top of that, when I went to pick up my car, they claimed a rock chip appeared while it was sitting outside, even though I had pictures showing there was no damage when I dropped it off.
