When I have troubles with the app the only error message I ever get is "something went wrong". Links are broken between the push notifications and the access to the app.
The GPS used to be great, but it's not even close to accurate now. It is showing my daughter is in Indiana and we are in FL. We haven't been in IN for a few weeks.
Everything was fine until the ap updated and now I can pair my sons phone so I can ping his location. I need this fixed very soon. That's one of the main reasons we went with Gabb was for this feature. Very disappointing. UPDATE: It's started to work and now it's not working again. I cannot ping his location at all. It worked fine until the app upgrade. I am very disappointed and frustrated I may be looking for something else soon.
I love these phones but the location needs some serious work. I'm usually notified that my son has entered or left the neighborhood 15 minutes after it actually happened. If there was an actual emergency, this would be really bad. Our old watch would let us know immediately. On top of that, I was alerted my son had left the neighborhood early this morning and I panicked. Turns out he was asleep with his watch by him. No idea why it said he was so far away but it was scary! Not reliable at all.
Watch is worthless without the app working, and the app is not working. App just continues to go back to sign in screen and No response from the developer.
The GPS tracking on the app works on and off and I am beyond frustrated. It needs to work ALL of the time.
Unable to setup on Android. Online chat/support is no help because "we've never seen that error before" (*scratches head*)... ...Very unimpressed so far.
GPS locating does not work!
App won't let me even sign in on my Google Pixel 4 XL. Just kicks me right out after a split second of logging in.
