The GPS locator is horrendously inaccurate, which negates a core function of the watch. I bought the watch for my son when he started walking to school. Imagine the panic when the app shows him in the park 1/2 mile from the school during the school day, only to find out he's in school. As I hold the watch in my hand now, the app shows that the watch is 1/2 mile away. The only reason I'm not rating the app 0 stars is because the other core function, calling and texting, works seamlessly.

Trying to add my son's watch to my phone. I go scan the QR code. I get a message "something went wrong..." Hit Next "Something went wrong...". Force close and try again "Something went wrong..." Utterly useless message. Learn to write software.

Location feature is terrible. Takes FOREVER to update if it even updates at all. Not sure why this is such a problem, good tech has this nailed in 2022. Gabb needs to do better for our kids.

It's a good thing and a blessing nothing has ever happened to my kids when I'm not around because I'd never be able to locate them on the so-called GPS tracker on the app. My son's location hasn't updated since September 2021, my daughter's GPS only updates every 45 minutes or so, and it won't refresh when you click on locate. It's 2022, not sure why Gabb's GPS can't seem to catch up. Fix it.

Extremely frustrating to setup a guardian 30 minutes in and still no progress

The app won't let me lock the watch at night. It tells me it's an invalid time. I can only lock the phone during the day. I think wanting to lock the phone at night seems pretty logical as a parent.
We thought this app and associated gabb phone would be helpful for our 14 yo boy. Even without the internet he can delete his texts, add his own contacts, and disable his location on the phone. We have no record of his changes except our own messages missing from his phone. A regular phone that has apps at least allows parental control apps and monitoring that can be installed. The location tracking is slow and doesn't show location history.
So frustrating. This app keeps closing mid pairing so I cant complete the pairing process so my son watch is unusable.
