Gabriela was extremely quick to respond, kind, knowledgeable and an overall pleasure to work with. I was nervous because we ultimately chose to go with Mutual of Omaha due to a promotion rate with our builder, so we had no prior experience with them and did not know what to expect. We Dealt with a large bank on our last home and they were very difficult to work with. Mutual of Omaha exceeded expectations and can’t be compared at all to our last lender.
