Advise customers on do’s and don’ts Example: avoid using multiple accounts otherwise your paperwork required will increase What are large transactions and what paperwork is needed when they appear on any statement Be clear on how long underwriting takes to provide answers - I felt in the limbo when we reached that stage Be very specific on what / when you receive a final approval vs other approval - I thought we were approved at some point and there more was required Thanks
