I was with this company for over 10 years. Even when locked into to a 6 month policy premium they would increase my rate each month. Never with any notice. I had no marks on my driving record and never had to file a claim. Yet my policy never went down. I started with paying $80. By the time I dropped them I was paying nearly $150. They claimed this was due to it being the best rate my state would offer. I was able to then get State Farm, a much better and reputable company for half the price. Hello everyone, i just can't "thank enough" to Miss Valerie Ramirez the representative that helped me with the mayor issues i had with my current insurance. Absolutely terrible customer service. My dad was involved in a hit and run accident about 2 weeks ago and his claim has been reassigned by 4 or 5 different people. He wasn't getting upset or nasty with thelast person he spoke with. She then got arrogant and had a attitude and eventually hung up on him. All he want to get this claim started. There no need to hang up on someone. They are there to help. Poor company and customer service all around
I wish I could give them 0 stars. The absolute worst insurance company I’ve ever dealt with. My car was in the body shop for over a month for minor collision damage, caused by debris on the highway. My car damages have been repaired for 3 weeks now, but my car is still being held by the dealership because Gaines Co has yet to pay the body shop.
