Auto Insurance. Kimberly Thomas is an Exceptional Agent who went above the call ofduty in securing my Insurance Policy without the hassle and who New her various InsuranceProducts. I found her to be very knowledgeable, Respectful and she had great Pride in her work ethics.
First time driver auto policy. Absolutely terrible company. Survives off quick sales to marginalized customers then dismisses them after the check clears. Try to cancel your policy and you'll be lucky to get a minimal percentage refunded.
GAINSCO was there during my time of need. I couldnt find anyone to beat or even match their rates. I have experienced nothing but outstatanding Custumer service from all service agants. I just renewed my policy.RENEWAL has got to be the best statement that anyone could make regarding policy satisfaction. :)
