My poor Winston was misdiagnosed by the vet and passed after one week due to the vet saying it was muscle pain. What he actually had was Lyme disease and did not receive critical antibiotic treatment in time. I went back after 4 days of him remaining ill (over the weekend) Any advice on legal action that I could take. After the misdiagnosis I was charged $1000 for the initial visit, the second appointment and the euthanasia. Needless to say we are devastated and feeling so betrayed.

I am so disappointed in Gan Vet Clinic for one reason and one reason only. that they continue to employ Jessica the vet tech. IF you can even call her that.
