I got my First Mitsubishi Outlander Sport 2017, like 2 weeks ago and so far I love it. Salesman Ramiro was really helpful and made sure I left with a car by the end of the night. I loved the way they treat and follow up with there customers. Couple days later received a call to see if I had any questions or concerns. Thanks Ramiro for caring and to all there staff as well.

I have always had really good luck with Bakersfield Mitsubishi! Everyone is always very nice & welcoming. I purchased my second vehicle from them and used the same salesman, Ramiro. The first vehicle I purchased was an 2014 Outlander Sport, & I recently upgraded to the 2017 when their limited edition came onto the market. Diana Ledesma is a customer service provider for the vehicle maintenance and service department at Bakersfield Mitsubishi. She is kind, courteous, and extremely efficient. When relying upon businesses to take care of issues that are beyond my ability, very rarely do I encounter people who strive to go above and beyond the expectation of "customer satisfaction", but Diana consistently exceeds the status quo. I appreciate her professionalism, work ethic and tenacity. She's fantastic!

My first time buying a car has been the best experience I have ever had. I have seen some bad situations come when people where buying cars. I was nervous and scared when I went in to buy my car. Little did I know the guy that was selling me my first car, it was his first time selling a car. Mike was wonderful. He was so attentive and wanted to make me comfortable. I had a great experience when purchasing my car from this store. I knew what I was looking for and and I knew what I wanted. I made first contact inquiring about my Lancer through their website, and was able to get a response within a day. I had a darn nail in my tire. I came in, parked, a woman came out, I told her what happened. She said, "No problem, we will take care of it free of charge.". Easy, nice, awesome.

First time getting serviced here yesterday. Standards are the same in the bay area. We got helped by Diana. Only waited for 45 minutes to an hour to get done with oil change and inspection. Waiting area is pretty clean and convenient. Price for the service was reasonable. Best thing is that they email you the complete results and status of your car inspection so you can know if your car needs repair and extra service. Thanks.

I was a little unsure about checking this place out when i had to get my lancer serviced, based on the stars it received. COMPLETELY revamped service department. Did a great job on my car and i got a great price.
