Bad businesw have no word they can keep...Better customer service n people that work for them whole place and loan company are terrible buisness they dont ask you for much so they can repo your car and come up with all this crap to charge you all these hidden fees....

Ganas is the worst car lot I have ever in my life had to deal with I don't recommend them to nobody they are all a bunch of liers they have miss lead me since day one when I first bought the car haven't had the car 6months before I started having problems with it then they charged me for the repairs trust please don't buy a car from them you will regret it

They don't require a drivers license or for you to have insurance. This maybe good news for some but it's illegal to operate this way and it leads to having your car impounded and you ticketed.

If I'd had known that dealing with the people at ganas would be such a problem or that I'd get ripped off and stuck paying for it I NEVER would've done business with them. They keep trying to charge me for their insurance when I've had my own for as long as I've had the car ( a lil over a yr ) , they hassle you if your two days late and have the worst attitudes I've ever come across. I took my car for repairs and of course it wasn't covered by the warranty, they wanted to charge me 483 to fix something my boyfriend fixed for... read more

I have two cars with this company. I should have learned the first time around. The fact that they NEVER fixed the issues I told them about when I got my first car, and now they say my warranty is expired so I have to pay out of pocket. They NEVER contacted me about the two claims I made. The company is shady! The fact that my little cousin was able to get a car with my name and I was not even there to sign any documents tells me they only care for the money.
