Over priced cars not in the best conditions considering high down payments they demand bought a truck. Was half ass clean. No gas. Through check engine light after 2 days. They require to take it in to El Monte. Waste a day off work and gas key fob was broken took it in to get another a shady looking guy in a car gave me another one but did not cut the key inside the fob there not very responsive after you sign the deal still waiting for plates. The worst dealership you can ever deal with!!! They ripped me off! They never answer my calls unless to make me pay for smth! My car had issues since the first day and they never fixed it even though I turned it back more than once! I wish I never came here

Worst experience buying a car yet. Buyer beware! Absolute worst customer service and overpriced cars. I've had my Honda Accord for 2 years and our A/C is already not working, not to mention the headlights are already failing. Please save yourself the trouble, shame on this place. Their portal to allow payment is also trash, doesn't recognize the account number THEY GAVE ME.

Bought a car there because they accept bad credit. Point is the assistant manager showed up the car yet she did not know anything about it. I asked about the button from the trunk if it worked or how and she did not know. Besides that we bought the car because we really needed one. When my husband picked up the car he noticed that the drivers side was 1.missing the sun visor 2.the lights from inside did not turn on. 3.the button to close the trunk does not work. 4.when my husband opened the hood he noticed there was a piec... read more
