I purchased a used Impala from this dealership, sale aren't fairly smoothly, however a couple days after buying the car I had and still have issues with the climate control, also I purchased this car on a cloudy, snowy day and it looked okay, now that it's fully cleaned and in the sun I notice how badly scratched up this car really is. I will never but anther car here, and I do not recommend anyone buy a car at this dealership.

I went to Ganley and bought a used car on a Saturday. I had a co-signer and we had gotten to the point of signing all the paperwork but was missing proof of residency for my co-signer. The finance guy said okay Just bring it on Sunday, the next day, and I’ll send the paperwork to the bank as well as the rest of my down payment. I only put down $250 of the $500 at the time of signing. Very nice of them to let me leave without paying the full downpayment or having the proof of residency.. well fast forward to Monday. Saw an Armada price advertised by this dealer. No where did it specify lease or buy - They won’t honor anywhere near the price advertised & we felt treated as second class citizens by the manager. Dishonest business practices. We are buying our Armada anywhere else.

Came here with a buddy to pick up a used car for $1500. Everything went smoothly until we were ready to see the finance guy. Just when we went to go into see the finance guy, the finance guy says he can't help us and we have to wait so he can go pick up his dog from daycare. We've already been here for almost 2 hours now and instead of helping us he leaves to go get his dog when we were already waiting for him.

I was mislead about getting floor mats and a manual that should have been included in with my used car. They claimed the mats were too soiled to provide them to me and would not be giving me replacements. They also claimed to be ordering an owners manual but the parts manager informed me that also had been crossed off my "we owe" sheet and sadly I cant locate the original. Be careful when purchasing a used vehicle here.

I called on Saturday to schedule an appointment with service for my rogue for Monday at 10:15am. I explained on the phone with the gentleman what needed to be done just in case any items needed to be ordered specially since there were some random things I was bringing it in for. When I pulled into the service garage this morning, I was greeted by David F. He asked if I had an appointment, I said yes and was asked to run through all issues with the car. Bought a car there and I'm agreeing with the negative posts on this one!!! Worse dealership I've dealt with in a very long time!! If you don't have to go here please save yourself a migraine!!! If anyone wants a good honest Mechanic of 30 plus years contact me through messenger I've taken care and saved people thousands of dollars from being ripped off
