My wife and I came in to look at a new Rogue for her. The team was extremely friendly and professional. Best customer service from a dealership I have experienced in a very long time. I have been a customer here since they opened. I have always been treated fairly and they have taken care of any issue that I have had. They have also been nice and respectful to me and treated me like a friend. I am happy with price and service. I have had nothing but friendly encounters with all of the staff here.
Ganley was nothing but amazing! Great customer service and they were extremley helpful with nothing but smiles the whole time! I came in looking at the 2017 Nissan Rouge and they were all in! They made sure all my needs were met including down payment and my monthly cost! They are extremely unorganized and less than satisfactory. Let me tell you about my experience, We made an appointment to come look at a specific car, it was the manager's demo car, only had like 3,000 miles. We come in for our appointment and they tell us they lost the keys so he can't pull it around for us. So we say that's fine can we just go look at it outside, so they take us outside only to take us to the wrong car, upon further inquiry, they let someone borrow the car while theirs was getting worked on.
