They steal art to promote their business, robbing them of revenue and opportunities to better their lives.

They do not allow medical strollers, which are wheelchairs. My family will not visit Gardner Village until they comply with the ADA. No one deserves discrimination.

Over crowded, no enforcement of rules of social distancing or mask wearing. I would not recommend.

This year was horrible. We paid $12 when we couldn’t even visit the witch house. That was the whole reason we came and it wasn’t even explained to us before we paid. Not to mention the rude people monitoring the bubble jump. What a waste. I will not be coming back and I will be telling everyone I know what a horrible experience this has been.

Years past it was fun but going downhill. Now they are charging for parking which isn't reflected on the website so the other option is to park along 78th and navigate the shoulder without sidewalks. A member of our party is in a wheelchair asked the lady in the parking booth for accessible parking and the rude employee stated " the law requires we ha e parking but it doesn't state it has to be free". We won't be back

Charging 5 bucks for parking during October seems a tad greedy, but more over at least take cards not just cash, especially since there was no notices about the change this year.

Just had the most horrific experience at our annual Witches night out. Our waitress Margret was terrible. Her attitude was beyond unacceptable. She was very RUDE and sarcastic. Drinks (watered down mixers) appetizers came out the same time as our dinner - which was also luke warm. The bread was delicious and hot when it finally arrived after we asked for it and our meal was half finished. Mixed up guests on checks.....

Witchfest this year was not as fun as the previous years. The witches house wasn't open to walk through and there weren't very many things to do this year. We didn't get our moneys worth.
