We waited at our table for forty minutes and no one even came to take our drink order! Several waitresses passed our table and never even acknowledged us! After forty minutes of not being waited on we walked out without dinner. What a horrible experience! It was suppose to be my birthday celebration dinner with my husband. Highly disappointed!
For a steakhouse it is not, staff was exceptional although kitchen staff could use some help in how to prepare food properly especially STEAK. I will not be going back unless things change to improve food quality for the price
Steak was over cooked and baked potato was small and not fresh. Over priced
Steaks were very good. Lobster had so much old bay seasoning you couldn't taste the lobster. We got there at 6pm our reservation was at 7:30pm we asked if we could be seated earlier since the restaurant was really slow. Plenty of tables open. They said we need a reservation. 7:30 pm came and we were seated and still only 6 other tables occupied, with 20+ still available. This restaurant fell below even our lowest standards. The only redeeming quality was our waitress who tried her best to make everything right. This is advertised as a higher end steakhouse but it doesn't even beat Applebee's. My husband received his steak cold. He asked for A1 and was told they were out. No enforcement of dress code made us very over dressed with people wearing jeans, hats, flip flops, t shirts, and jerseys...while we were dressed business casual as dictated. Crab cakes lacked flavor and felt premade, soup was cold-luke warm, mahi mahi was CAKED in butter as all the vegetables, steak had NO flavor and was undercooked, alcoholic drinks tasted off (coke and rum) and had VERY little alcohol in it...basically $8 for a soda. My wife got wrong and overcooked steak so they gave her a new one (still wrong. Two people did not get sides they ordered. Very pricey and not worth that price
I had raved to everyone about how great the food and service was after having dinner in May w my sister. Our 6/27/21 experience was truly horrible. We drove over an hour from Nashville which has an abundance of Great restaurants to oak grove. The restaurant was not crowded at all, it took about 10 minutes for our waitress to arrive.
