I will never eat there again. Bad service and food wasn't good
Food is certainly not worth the price. Our waitress did not even come back towards the end of our meal and informed us that our drinks had been sitting at the bar for awhile. We ended up tipping the young man who came to finally get our checks. Was not pleased with the experience here. We had a party of 6.
Started out with a poorly made gimlet that I returned and replaced with wine. Loaded baked potato was cold, the second one was lukewarm. Filet was ordered medium, came out rare - had to send it back and wait for it to be cooked. Hostess wanted to seat us at a brightly lit 2 top table when there were plenty of other tables available. Not a good experience - don't think we'll be back.
Food didn't come until 1 hour 15 minutes after being seated. Waiter only checked in on the table every 10-15 minutes. Steak and food was amazing, but service and drink orders took forever. Would not recommend unless service gets better.
Thevwsit for bour drink and appetizer order was at least 20 minutes. The waitress did not disclose that the pizza oven was broke which took half the menu away, and did not advise that there wasn't any prosciutto for vthe charcuterie board, when we asked why we didn't receive any they said that received a bad shipment and reached it with FOUR BLUEBERRIES AND TWO RASPBERRIES 🙄 After we addressed how that was not appropriate without a price deduction we received more bacon and salami. So much potential...but a long way to go. You can’t charge 4 star prices and deliver 1 star service. Bar needs to get it together. Waited 30 mins for initial drink order and was served a hot bottle of sparkling wine and a waitress who “never opened a bottle before”. Management non supportive and clueless to waitress and patron needs. Get it together and will be back.
Ordered food with 2 drinks told 35 min came Early we finished our food then our waitress came with 2 more drinks I cancelled dessert and drinks...I tipped her even tho service was not up to par
The food was good. We were seated 45 minutes after our reservation time. We waited 30 minutes for water two different times. Our drinks took 35 minutes. ( and were made incorrectly) Our bottle of wine took 40 minutes after having to ask for it three times. One steak order was never put in. We were told we would be comped for the steak and we were not. Overall it was a fiasco. My wife and I visited to see friends that were musicians at the casino. Had a 5 PM reservation. We were seated promptly and we both ordered drinks. They could not make a Negroni cocktail nor did they have white Zin wine. So second choices no biggie. I ordered a glass of Merlot and was told it was the last time they’d sell by the glass.
