Our party of six enjoyed every bit of our dining experience. From the Host, Mr. Carlos, who is so professional! To our server Izzy and the manager who checked in to make sure we were taken care of. Mr. QT kept our cups filled without asking. Each of our plates were beautifully plated and tasted amazing. It’s always a pleasure to dine at Garrison Oak Steakhouse.
What can we say that we haven’t said about previous visits? Our visit exceeded every expectation, from Carlos greeting us, to our beyond exceptional service from Izzy. My husband and I dined here for our anniversary. We had been once before and it seemed like the perfect place for special occasions. Service: Our waitress was good but not great. She talked very soft and was not engaging. We overheard another waitress asking for names and then addressing them by their names. From the beginning, the Host was so hospitable. Mr Carlos’s showed and informed us in detail what we should expect through out our stay for the evening. Once arriving at our table our waitress Mrs Aloha was exceptional polite and courteous. The service she provided was heart felt. Thanks so much for a wonderful evening. God Blessed.

I brought my husband here for our 10 year anniversary dinner. It was absolutely wonderful. The service and the atmosphere were on point. Our waitress was lovely and extremely helpful. I absolutely recommend this place.
I got the Shrimp and Grits for something different, and it was outstanding, the jumbo Shrimp was the best I ever had. Caesars Salad is always so good and the Cheese cake is wonderful too. Can not go wrong on anything on menu.

Hostest was retired Vet and made sure my husband has a wonderful birthday. When he came by after dinner to check on us, we told him wonderful but they sold out of their cheese cake so we had to try the cookie. He went to another restaurant in the casino and bought a chocolate cake to make sure we had cake for the birthday dinner. He went above and beyond. Our service was great, helpful and friendly!
