I will start by saying that Garth & team handled everything on their end in a timely and professional manner. Often times i wasn't mired in the process except for input on key things that needed signing or my approval from time to time. However, due to this i was often left in the dark as to where we were at in the process and wondering. I had to reach out often to be apprised of what was happening and wasnt given updates regularly. Being a first time home buyer, this was somewhat a sour point
