It was great working with Garth and his team at PRMI. When I decided I wanted a 'cash out refi' I originally went with my then current lender, but after 4+ months being 'conditionally approved' I decided to look elsewhere. After getting a few quotes from large national lenders, I went with Garth, who gave me the best rate. In addition, we went to closing in a little over 30 days! Also, during the process they timely answered all my questions, and the PRMI website is easy to use to make payments.
