Gary is awesome! He went out of his way to make things easy for us. He opened this home to us since it was a closer commute for us since we lived out of town. He is very kind and friendly! We will be recommending him to family or friends looking to purchase a home.

We wish to extend our sincere thanks to Gary Rodriguez for his outstanding performance in helping us with our home loan. As first home buyers, we were lost and confused when it came to loan calculations, but Gary was patient and explained everything in simpler terms and made sure that we understood it well. Because the house was on a short sale, there were lot of hurdles, but Gary worked hard to accommodate both the needs of the bank and us as buyers. It was a pleasure working with him.

Gary provided me with excellent and beyond satisfactory service throughout the entire process. The process is nerve-wrecking, difficuly, emotionally draining and scary (especially for first time home buyers) but Gary made the process a great learning experience and a positive one at that. He explained the process and literally provided me with constant updates via whatever medium I was using (i.e., email, text, etc). I have NEVER left a review for anyone or anything online before, but my experience with Gary was so fantastic that I absolutely had to do this. My sister heard about Gary from a friend of hers, and she sent me a flyer with his name and info on it. I was really nervous about even talking about buying a house because I thought I was nowhere near ready based on my credit and financial status (single parent, teacher's salary...) Very nice guy. Worked hard to get our mortgage ready. BUT, we were assured that the mortgage was not contingent on selling our previous home only to find out the morning of the signing that it was. This was a huge problem that almost led to the deal falling through. Gary should have known that the mortgage was contingent on our home selling first and let us know prior to the morning of the closing. He did work hard to resolve the issue once it was discovered, but clearly dropped the ball.

There are not enough words to tell you how amazing and professional Gary Rodriquez is.I had not purchased a home in the last seventeen years so to say things have changed is a understatement. Gary puts the customer first unlike most of the people out there these days. He would check out houses for me while I was out of state to let me know if they are worth the money, and when we found the right house. He crunched the numbers to death to make them work.
