RecommendedMy husband called in the morning for a tech to come and we got scheduled today at 3 pm. Dustin came a couple hours earlier than the scheduled time, was very kind and courteous, and fixed our AC quickly! Amazingly he’s also our neighbors down the road and he knew of my husband already. They removed our 34 year old HVAC system and installed new equipment, including ductwork, in one day. They reflect a business culture based on customer service, knowledge and experience. Called on Monday morning and they sent Michael out within a couple hours to diagnose our problem. Michael did a great job and was very thorough, and fixed our problem. We will use them again for our A/C servicing!

If you want everything checked out on your air conditioner and heating unit… call this company! I told Erica what I needed and she set up an appointment and called me when they were on the way. Cole Knight came and checked everything and answered my questions . He did an amazing job and really appreciate everything he did to make things easier to manage. Thank you . It’s a relief not to have to worry about anything because they will take care of it!

After 3 summers of temporary fixes, had to bite the bullet and get a new system. Dustin was so understanding and patient as I asked questions and weighed out my options.I will only use Gary’s now!

They go the extra mile for their customers and are very fairly priced. Michael Lundegreen came out to check our heating and cooling system and was very knowledgeable about everything. In Westcliff I had somehow managed with the original HVAC from 1978. It finally gave out in the midst of 100 ° days ( of course) . Co- owner Dustin came out the very next morning and diagnosed the problem. It was going to be a decent repair bill but he discussed with me that the coolent was no longer in use and showed me the danger signs of the furnace but no pressure at all.
