Tuesday our air conditioner stopped working. Called a independent contractor to come out Wednesday to repair. He told us the unit was low on freon and had rusted coils. It needed to be replaced. He put 2lbs of freon in it. It lasted 6 hours, before the unit stopped working again. I called Gary's Heating & Air to come give us a quote on Wednesday afternoon. They were able to squeeze us in for a last minute appt the next day (Thursday). We gave them the approval to start the work. Friday, they showed up, new unit in tow, on ... read more

So thankful for Gary’s last night…. Yesterday was very hot and about 6:00 pm our AC went out! We called Gary’s and within a few minutes they called us back and said someone would be calling us…Michael called and checked on us …said he was working on one and would be there as soon as he could…he arrived…he was so nice and courteous…checked everything…told us what the problem was…fixed it…the best thing was he explained everything to me and showed me how to turn it off..I can’t say enough good things…he was so nice, helpful a... read more
