They came out next day after calling!! The technician that came out was very thorough and explained in great detail. He was such a pleasure to work with and we a very grateful for his hard work. We have had Gary's take care of our home for several years-since they installed our new system. Appointments are easy to arrange and the voice on the phone is friendly. They sent reminders and notified me of when the technician would arrive, as well as his name and qualifications. Noah arrived as expected and was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient, and a nice, friendly fellow. He took care of business, explained the results and answered all questions and concerns.
Zach was professional, competent and courteous. He worked expeditiously to resolve and repair both of our AC units. We appreciate his dedication to excellence! We highly commend him for a job well done! Gary’s Heating and Air is the best!
