Lo peor fue vivir en este edificio...... si pudiera dar menos estrellas se las daría es una frustración tras otra alfombras sucias puerta de estacionamiento dañada olor a marihuana constante las personas gerentes no atienden tus correos de quejas la administración es mala muy mala tengo dos meses que me fui y aun no recibo mi deposito y no hay respuesta de nada en verdad busca otro lugar no vivas en este edificio
No renten ahí es mi peor experiencia para vivir tengo dos meses y medio que salí de ahí y aun no recibo mi deposito de entrada..... pero cuando te mudas si pagas de una vez pero dos meses es un abuso son mas de 2000mil dolares que me tienen y no tengo ninguna respuesta

Living large at the 505! 3 years and loving it. Kyler, Logan, Zach, Curtis and Jose are truly an amazing team taking care of you at the Gateway 505. The new management team is working hard to maintain a positive environment for you to live in. There’s been some great improvements made in the past few months. Keith the maintenance man responded very quickly to our issue with our air conditioner. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly. He was very professional and courteous. Thank you so much ,great to have cool air again!!!

Neighborhood Kids often roam on roof top, bicycles and skateboards (this is dangerous and happens too often). Dumpster side door broken. Security gates where cars enter were open during Christmas holiday weekend (supposed to have fob access). Political party members allowed to come in past security and knock on resident doors. There is continual smell of weed in the hallways even though there is a no smoking policy. During a recent Dryer maintenance inspection, maintenance did not lock my door when they were done. I lived here for a year while a fellow at Emory University in 2019-2020. Everything went smoothly (as smoothly as possible during COVID), until I moved out. I gave notice of my remove per the lease and took a video of the unit. When I asked for a landlord reference letter shortly thereafter, they returned the form with a notice that I owed money.
