Overpriced for what you get We like the location relative to downtown, nice having the Gateway close with places to eat. Before Covid I'd say there were only little things here and there, the amenities were all open, the staff is nice, and there were apartment events to make up for the shortfalls. Verified Renter Make sure you don't let your parking pass fall off your mirror or slide too low on your dashboard. They will tow your car even though you were in your own designated parking spot that you pay a $125 a month for. Then when you tell them you have stuff in your trunk for your little brother's funeral that morning they will tell you you better taken Uber.
Verified Renter I would not recommend living here. The lease rates are too high for what's provided and the community is run by a team that does not care about the security of it's residents. Countless break-ins while I've lived here.
Just do yourself a favor & look elsewhere first. This place disappoints. We used to love this place! But, over the past year it's really gone down hill. The building has changed management three times in the time we've been here. The latest being Graystar. Sadly, it's been an absolute nightmare. The property is pretty dirty for a high end complex. Terrible location, rude staff, overpriced Do not recommend! They dont honor lease terms, the staff is rude, unprofessional, and not ever helpful. The grounds and pool are nice. Most of the units are empty, this is an air bnb location so that comes with a lot of noisy tourists. Again, do not recommend.
Please don't rent here if you have any hope for your families and pets sanity or safety! Review shortened for character limit; this place is too expensive for what you are getting, the location isn't that secure due to the access to the buildings or broken locks, ALWAYS loud, front office is apathetic. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE! Where do I even begin? Our first day was chaos. When we got there to sign the lease, they didn't have anything ready as they had "forgotten" that we were moving in. (There were hardly any tenants at that point, so it was not a valid excuse). They Will Kill Your Dogs Please don't move here. The management is unreliable and they have not written anything down, meaning "they can't prove that we've had conversations in the past." If you're planning on renting here, please make sure to write down every single conversation or they will find a way to screw you over. Maintenance is really good when they actually get the request. Just no DO NOT RENT HERE! Oh where to begin. Well there’s the Parvo outbreak that killed our dog because the apartment failed to track the dogs coming in. That still is very alive in the dog park. There’s the fact that when we moved in they forgot to get the apartment ready, so we had to scrape paint off the floor, mud off the toilet and the bathroom, and nothing worked.
