I called you guys responded immediately. Of you cant tell if the gutters or the guards are working correctly until it rains.. We are still experiencing a leak of water in a corner gutters over the front stairs not sure if you can get the water to stop. since the gards are installed? But thank you for your service.

Looks good but after you left we could not walk on surface with bare feet due to sharp pieces of the product sticking up all over the surface. Actually cut my hand on one of them when feeling the surface. When we contacted you the first thing said was some people prefer this and if we really wanted it fixed there was another that could be done to smooth it out. Really??

The technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. However, the floor covering application process and the clean up of extra floor specs was not good. After the floor was fully cured, I had to clean up a large amount of extra floor specs that were in the HVAC equipment area and garage corners that ended up all over my driveway and yard. What a mess! I would have expected those to be vacuumed up instead of being left in place.
