I have never ordered anything from TV before. When I saw this ring while channel surfing I fell in love and the young man on the phone was so nice and made it so easy for me. The ring I bought was even better in person and I still can't believe I got it for such a good price! I can't wait to have it appraised. I will be a customer for life! I have purchased many items, rings, pendants and bracelets, from GSN in the past few years and have been extremely pleased with each purchase. The jewelry is very beautiful and well made. I watch every day even if I don't intend to purchase. I find the show to be very entertaining and informative and the hosts and sales reps are very friendly and helpful. Thank you GSN.

Never mind the show is entertaining and you learn a lot from the hosts, it is the merchandise and the pricing that never disappoint. A vast array of merchandise at all price points everyone can have their fair share of beautiful merchandise. Speaking of the hosts, a huge thank you to Mike, Hunter, Sky, and Wes for their knowledge and let's not forget the Sales Reps especially Liam, who are always so helpful. Have a look, you never know what might catch your eye.

Love the quality of GSN products. However, some hosts enjoy listening to themselves talk, especially Kurt, and Gary. Also, these two plus Jason have never heard of the grammar rule "you never end a sentence with a preposition"...."at" for example. If these hosts are going to be on air talking to the public, they should try to use proper English!!! Sometimes they really reveal their lack of education. Nothing but good to say. Had to return my first purchase as it was too small and delicate. Customer service beyond helpful and kind. My second purchase is lovely and I'm very pleased with it. I am a retired senior and am careful with my money so waited for a sale to purchase my beautiful Mandarin garnet. Absolutely love it. Thank you, *****

I have been buying for several months now. They never cease to amaze me with their outstanding jewelry or customer service. They mean it when they say "Get it home, see if you really like it, and if not, just return it to us." I have never been hassled or treated unfairly, when I have returned items, that just weren't the right item for me. The hosts are so informative and I learn so much from their experiences and knowledge. As I've said before, I wish I had found them 20 years ago! Mike is my favorite host. He and Deanna make their presentations interesting and fun. I was disappointed with my latest purchase, however. The clasp on the Sleeping Beauty necklace was cheap and insecure for a $400. necklace. I've had to use magnetic extension pieces on it to wear it, but don't "trust" them either. Otherwise, I'm a fan of GSN.
