I've shopped with Gem Shopping for 20+ years. They are always a pleasure to deal with. On my recent purchase of a Butte Mine Oregon Sunstone ring I am very satisfied with my purchase, my only negative is that I was promised a certificate (from the mine, not a gemological cert) and a gem description and neither was included. If they could get me that, I would be happier. I have read of others issue with customer service and returns but have never experienced an issue with either.

I have been shopping with GSN for many many years. I have spent 10's of thousands of dollars. I have found everything to be as stated on TV. I have returned only a couple pieces and this was due to my taste preferences. There was no problem with returns. I did have one ring that milli stones fell out and they replaced and repaired the piece free of charge and with no hesitation. I will continue to shop with them for amazing deals and superb customer service.

Gem Shopping Network is a good place to buy quality new and estate jewelry. I have purchased several beautiful pieces from them, including a certified Burma ruby ring. I have also purchased loose tanzanite and diamonds from which to have had custom pieces designed for me. I have been happy with most purchases, and I also have returned a couple items without too much difficulty. I would recommend them for price and quality.

I had a very good experience with Gem Shopping Network, especially after speaking with Kawi, a customer serv. rep. I had bought an expensive (for me) Kat Florence ring. When I received it, I was unable to get an appraisal from a local jeweler and thought that I saw some minor scratches on the main stone. So I decided to send it back.
