Well there are times that your customer service ppl act like the person calling can't afford your jewelry. One even said to me once that í was a prank caller. I,just laughted it off. Also, when u r interested in something they tell me that i have to wait till that sales/host is on air. I know host have days off but if I'm interested and have the money, i don't want to wait for a Monday morning show when it's only Wednesday.
