Good over the long haul, we had a challenging property, location was the hurdle, and some sketchy buyers who needed some cool hand advice from Aaron. He came thru and made it happen. Paul also rode out some bulls he did not ask for, but still made the full 8 seconds. They continue to help us with our next steps! Need some good Realtors? You found 'em!

Best so far!! This is my second home purchase and the first one was a nightmare full of inexperienced and less than knowledgeable realtors to help me. This time around was wonderful! Jacque Hamilton was so great to work with! Even after the deal is done she still calls and makes sure I am settling in nicely to my new home! I was from out of state (CA). With my agents (Jose Alvarez) help I found the house I wanted in only a few days. Jose did a good job of asking questions and listening to what I was looking for. I then went back home and relied on Jose to take care of everything. We communicated often and were able to get the deal done without any delay on our part. Jose was on top of all of the details. It was a pleasure working with Jose and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

My husband and I being first time homebuyers, didn't know the first thing about purchasing a home and were worried about getting taken advantage of because of that. Our home sold in 5 days with a bidding war ! Thanks Walt and Jim for helping us sell our 4 th ave house. Walt and Anna, you have been so good to us and we so appreciate all the time you spent for us, We love you.
