Gene was extremely responsive and thorough, answered our questions along the way. We closed without any issues, one of the quickest and easiest loan processes I have ever experienced. I will defintely use Gene again in the future.
Gene was very effective at addressing all the issues associated with our 30 yr VA loan. Even the aggressive deadlines we were pursuing did not create an obstacle to getting approval and closing as originally scheduled.
