RecommendedPurchased new 2024 GV80 and had one of the better buying experiences in the process. Both Dave and especially John reflected a genuine commitment to my satisfaction in the buying experience. Oh, and the vehicle is SUPERB in every aspect. Genesis has created a vehicle that is fun to drive and loaded with safety features.
RecommendedMy wife and I had been considering buying a Genesis and contacted the dealership. I was connected to Gary DeFilippo. We set up an appointment to take a look at the GV70 and the GV80. We took a test drive in both vehicles and Gary went over both vehicles based on what we were looking for. We settled on a 2025 Genesis GV80. Gary and Zafir were both outstanding in answering our questions. I am not a fan of the process of buying a new car, but Gary and Zafir made the process and the journey one that we are glad we took.

RecommendedI purchased a 2022 GV70 from a dealer 2 days ago. Had problems with the Air conditioner. I called to schedule an appointment and got one for today. They diagnosed the problem and repaired it. I highly recommend them for their professional and customer service.

My sales person was great. Then I got to the finance department and waited for any eternity to get the paperwork. My husband works about 15 hours a day anyway, he had to get home and get to bed so he could get back up and go to work. I had to go find somebody and ask them to please get our paperwork ready. We were kind of in a hurry because he was exhausted. Anyway, they messed up the paperwork and (had to redo it so we rushed through it.
