I was a lifetime Lexus buyer. Bought GV80, dealership committed to valet service for car servicing. They are not honoring what was sold

This was by far the worst car buying experience I have ever had. I was hoping by waiting a week or so to write this review that it would no longer seem to be as bad of an experience but time has definitely not taken away any of the sting. I wish I had walked away when the car they had advertised online didn't match the one they claimed it was and said the pictures were just stock photo pictures. 2 weeks later after purchasing "that car" it's still listed for sale online although I supposedly bought it. They had my car for 7 weeks to repair the paint and new brakes. They do not answer phones on site. All calls go to Raleigh. They did not have my correct contact information even though they scanned my license and registration. Took a threat of law suit to finally get a call back. Canceled my day to drive two hours to pick my car up and had a round with the manager. Left the dealership upset drove home and looked at the bumper that the paint was coming off of and realized that the work had not even been done!!!!! You're rolli... read more

I can’t believe you are asking for feedback on your horrible service. Where do I start? I hit a trailer hitch that was sticking out one foot from his back bumper and damaged my front bumper sensor and scratched the bumper. You evaluated my damage and said you needed to order a part which would take 8-11 days. After 4 weeks with no response I used the Chat bot on your website and explained the issue.
