Whew... I was in and out of the appt. in one hour. Arrangements for my next visit were made at check out. Everything was explained to me and I know what I will owe on my next visit.
Long Day At The Dentist I am not a very good patient when it comes to going to the dentist to have some work done. However, they did a great job at this location. Even though I had some complications, the staff was very professional and helpful to me. I would highly reccommend Gentle Dental.
Terrible experience Dr. Kim has ZERO bedside manner. Insurance co will NOT pay for items that office person assured me WOULD be covered......about $500 or so...
Will NOT go back to this location The dentist asked how I felt. I replied, "Mentally or physically?" (I despise having my mouth/teeth worked on and always request nitrous oxide.) She replied, "I don't care how you feel mentally." No, I won't be back to see her.

Poor Communication Skills I scheduled an appt.for cleaning. I also asked to be called back before my appt. if there was a problem with my insurance. I did not hear back.
